Trop cher to share is a transdisciplinary performance collective with changing members from different contexts. The work of Trop cher to share oscillates at the interface of dance, theatre, performance, installation and intervention. Since 2011, the group has been creating scenic works that extend from theatre and art contexts into public and digital spaces. The projects are usually created in collaboration with local communities and local experts and deal with questions of identity, representation and history as well as with processes of translation and transmission. Trop cher to share won the jury prize at the Secondo Theatre Festival in 2015 with ARCADIA and was shortlisted for the 7th Swiss Theatertreffen in 2020 with Teach me to dance!. Since 2013, the group has repeatedly been busy with the historical connections between Switzerland and the region Wallmapu, since 2020 as part of the hybrid long-term project Wallmapu ex situ.
